Founded on a working New England farm and celebrated in the pages of Brides and People Magazine, our approach transcends traditional floral design to create moments that feel both personal and joyfully rooted.
Also by people, their stories, their styles, and how they want to feel on one of the most important days of their lives. Our florals are known for being refined but relaxed, artful but never stiff. It’s about finding that balance.
Jill’s background in photography brings an eye for composition, while years of hands-on experience have shaped a team that understands both beauty and logistics. We’ve designed hundreds of events, each one different, but all rooted in the same approach: listen well, stay flexible, and don’t miss the little moments.
We’ve stood in the back, misty-eyed, watching vows. We’ve sprinted across fields with buckets of flowers. We’ve fixed table layouts, re-tied bouquets, and made the tough calls so our clients don’t have to. We’re a team you can trust, with the details, with the big picture, and with the feeling of the day.
Lindsay Platz
Lindsay manages most of our Beach Plum clients with calm, care, and commitment. For the past four years, she’s been the steady hand that keeps things running smoothly. She’s sharp, kind, and deeply invested in every couple we work with.
Grace Moore
Grace is our studio soul. With pink hair and a heart of gold, she’s lovingly known as our Arts and Crafts Manager. She brings warmth and creativity to the everyday, making the floor hum with energy, laughter, and clever ideas.
Matt Kennedy
Matt comes to us from New York with a background in Broadway set design and a passion for building big ideas. He’s our installation manager—the brains and muscle behind everything we hang, build, or engineer. Creative and all-in, he brings vision to life in a big way.
Taryn Minahan
Taryn is a gentle soul with a designer’s eye and a work ethic to match. She loves the flowers, loves the process, and brings a sense of calm and heart to everything she touches.
Rose Sinkins
Rose is the keeper of order. She manages our hard goods and makes sure everything is prepped, packed, and exactly where it needs to be. She’s a little spicy and incredibly sweet—the momma of the studio who keeps us all in line and laughing.
Tamara Timmers
Tamara is the one you want when there’s a lot to get done. She’s a talented designer, a natural problem solver, and a deeply caring teammate. She jumps in wherever needed and always brings good energy with her.
Monica Fountain
Monica is our class act. Polished, kind, and endlessly generous. She gives her all to every project. She’s talented, committed, and adored by everyone who knows her.
Taylor Koelesch
Taylor is our details person. Thoughtful, focused, and quietly brilliant, she brings a high level of care to everything she does. She designs, she edits, she cleans, and she does it all beautifully.
Alyssa Hill
Alyssa handles our strikes and supports Matt on big projects. She’s bold, strong, and not afraid to drive the biggest truck on the lot. She’s got sass, skill, and a heart of gold.
We grow flowers on our own farm and source locally whenever we can. We avoid foam, compost our clippings, and make choices that support both the environment and our community. For us, it’s not about perfection, it’s about responsibility. We love this work, and we want to do it in a way that respects the people and places involved.
